Sessions

Each counselling session lasts one hour and will usually take place at the same time and on the same day each week.

Some weekend and evening sessions are available. 

I am available for face-to-face counselling sessions at my town-centre therapy room in Stroud, Gloucestershire, and sessions can also be conducted from anywhere in the country over the phone or online using Zoom, Skype or FaceTime.

Payment

The charge for counselling is £55 per session.

We will plan to meet for six sessions, at which point we will review the counselling process and decide whether to continue with further sessions. The client can end the counselling at any time, but it is ideal if the ending of the counselling relationship can be planned and discussed in advance.
